Steve has been a member of ESAD for over 17 years. He values preserving the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and DeafBlind communities in New York State. His vision within ESAD is to play a leading role in the creation of a statewide Commission for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Deafblind that has a positive effect on systems change advocacy and service delivery.

Hails from St. Mary’s School for the Deaf, acquired a business diploma from NTID/RIT and associate degree in Visual Communication & Business Administration from American InterContinental University. An avid bowler who continues to play in leagues. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her 9 grandchildren.
